I. Overview
With the special treatment of Nano-MoS2+C composites and the utilization of environmentally-friendly coating technology, the special coating of the most self-lubricating material is sprayed on the surface of the original copper alloy in order to achieve the requirements of full performance of the engine and its bearing under working conditions, in addition, this technology is currently a hot research topic of the tribology circles at home and abroad as well as one of the latest technologies in the area of the present surface treatment of the sliding bearing. The practical result shows that Nano-MoS2+C composite coating in the bearing capacity and the tribological property is superior to currently used ternary and quaternary coatings, and lead-free environmentally friendly.
2. Composite Coating Property
This composite coating material is a kind of solid lubricating materials with good performance of reducing friction, based on the nanotechnology and sprayed on the surface of the transmission of power and the friction pair group of the movement to form a layer of high-performance, well-quality and fine reducing friction surface. Under the working condition of the engine, its coordination and integration with the fluid lubrication mechanism allow the friction surface to achieve the best tribological properties in the changeable lubrication conditions, particularly in adverse conditions, such as quick start, emergency brick, instant overload and low-speed effect, it plays an emergency role which enables the friction surface to protect the reliability of the mechanical equipment operation from the excessive wear of the crankshaft journal so as to ensure the reliability of the operation of the crankshaft, which makes the "zero fault" and "100% reliability" of the easily-damaged friction pair group of the engine possible.
